Colleen and Tim Sneak Peek
Colleen is 24-year-old professional cook. Upon graduating from the  University of Nevada, Reno in 2008 with a BA in journalism, she decided  to attend the Italian Culinary Academy in New York City. She studied  Italian cuisine for three months in New York before moving to Parma,  Italy to finish culinary school, then to Umbria to complete a stage at  La Bastiglia restaurant. She now works at Roxy
